Any problems with items in your order must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. This includes missing or mis-shipped items, defects or damage.
Condition: All returned items must be in new, unused condition with labels and packaging intact and undamaged. Yarn that has been knitted or wound into balls is not returnable.
Yarn color images are presented as accurately as possible. However, colors may look differently on your computer or device screen for many reasons, including adjustments you've made to your computer screen, lighting, the type of device you are using, even your eyesight (not everyone sees colors the same). If the success of your project relies on an exact color match, we suggest you visit one of the many fine Isager stores where you can see the yarn first-hand.
